At a Glance

It’s the most populous country in the world and the most geographically diverse place on Earth. See China in its entire splendor: the ancient civilization, the modern cities, the future superpower. You’ll have 14 days to take in this culturally diverse, constantly surprising, and ever changing culture. We’ll take you on a trek across the Great Wall, then to birthplace of kung fu for a super intense instruction with the monks, onwards to Beijing and the “Bird’s Nest” where you’ll hang with Chinese Olympic hopefuls. And then there’s the tai chi instruction, the duck dinner, the calligraphy lesson, rickshaw trips through old Beijing, ping pong matches, panda bear viewings, Tiananmen Square, and the Forbidden City. You might even find enlightenment at the famous Temple of Heaven!
