Next, it’s off to the fjords where you’ll sea kayak and jet boat across the famous Shotover River. Next up, a working sheep ranch and a visit to the Sir Edmund Hillary Center at the base of Mt. Cook. Final stop, Fiji. Working alongside marine biologists, you’ll help replant a section of coral reef off the South Sea Island. In 16 days, you’ll build a snow cave, learn alpine survival skills, snorkel Fijis warm waters, hike a rainforest, harvest coconuts, and become an honorary member of the Fijian Saunaka village.
