His rescue group's main focus is on pit bulls but they work with any breed in need from Great Danes to Chihuahuas. Shorty and his rescue staff have been removing dogs from dangerous and neglectful situations and then placing them in loving and caring homes for over six years. Shorty's team can credit their continued success to their undying passion and ability to relate to these misunderstood animals.

Last American Cowboy

Last American Cowboy
Mondays 10pm ET/PT

Set in the spectacular backdrop of Montana, Last American Cowboy follows several ranches through a single calving season. Montana ranches primarily raise breeding stock, where calves are born and weaned from their mothers and then grazed for the first several months of their lives before being sold to feedlots out-of-state. During this period, the calves are most vulnerable to predators, disease and injuries, and can be very unpredictable 400+ pound beasts. Put hundreds or thousands of them together and they can become a horde of rebellious kids that can easily get into serious trouble. Together with the full-grown stock, you have a recipe for danger, disaster and exciting drama.
